GPS devices increasingly are used to spy on people - Houston Chronicle
Spouses who believe mates are having affairs, employers who suspect workers are misusing company vehicles or parents who wonder if their children are where they are supposed to be are among those using devices tied to the global positioning system of satellites.


  • How far is too far in knowing the whereabouts of a spouse, child, vehicle or employee? What are the pros and cons of GPS devices being used for teenagers, employees and employee vehicles?

  • What role does trust play in both the tracker and the trackee?

  • Why would you not want your parents to follow you everywhere? With God, there is no where to run and no where to hide. Is that an infringement on your privacy? Explain.

  • How do you develop trust with a friend? How about with an employer? What about your parents? How can you develop trust with someone you would like to marry?

Senior suicides to increase as U.S. ages -
Though suicide rates in general have declined over the past few decades, senior suicides are expected to swell in coming years as baby boomers begin reaching old age. By 2030, the United States' senior population will double to 70 million. As the nation grays, the ratio will catch up to the proportion in Florida, where 20% of residents are 65 and older.
