Flunking
Out of School? Get a Lawyer - Fox
News
Some parents have slapped lawsuits on teachers, saying
their kids deserved better marks and should be allowed to graduate from
high school despite their grades.

- How do you feel about a lawyer getting involved to make sure a student
graduates or passes a class? How do you feel about the school boards
caving to the lawyers and parents? How do you feel about the parents
fighting for their children's grades?
- The article made a statement that "Some experts say these lawsuits
are a result of bad public policy." Where do you think the problem
lies and where does bad parenting fit into the equation?
- What effect do you think these lawsuits will have on the children
in the future? What effect will these lawsuits or lawyer interventions
have on the way teachers teach?
- What Bible verses come to mind?
Luke 16:10; Matthew 5:37;
Nehemiah 6:5-13; Amos 7:12-17
